Promotion of Emotional health

Mental or emotional health is "a state of being in which the individual realises his or her own attitudes, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to the community" ( WHO, 2003)

we focus in Emotional health of Individuals, Families and Young people.

Volunteering: teaching to help

People possess the ability to help other people in need. The exercise of this capacity is a major source of development and personal satisfaction.

The two basic ways to promote this natural qualities are self-development and training. We offer a space for personal growth and specific training to act as aid agents.
